Discovery Call
We start with 30-60 minutes talking through what the business does, who the customers are, what success looks like and what has not worked before. No discovery questionnaire sent in advance. Just a real conversation.
Proposal & Scope
Within 3 business days, a written proposal: what we will build, what it will cost, what the timeline is and what you need to provide. No vague estimates. A specific document you can say yes or no to.
Design in Figma
All design happens before any code is written. You see every page in full fidelity in Figma. Feedback rounds happen here. Changes at this stage take hours, not days.
Build & Launch
We build from approved designs. Staging site for your review. Testing on all major devices and browsers. Go-live with you present. Handover documentation and a recorded training session.
